Sound Roots School of Music is offering free yoga classes throughout March, but be disposed for Michael Jackson or Aretha Franklin to take the North Portland studio.

The school's Electric Flow series incorporates mixed-level vinyasa for beginners through advanced levels. Classes are set to new music including Phish and Madonna.

A pressure release from the school, located at 3954 N. Williams Ave. says to "Come shake your 'asana' as many times as you want."

There are six classes offered per week and each offers a different theme: "Get into The Groove: Yoga and Madonna" and "The Way You Give Me Feel" with the Power of Pop's hits.

Here is the weekly class schedule:

Mondays 9 a.m. - Disco Detox Flow: Vinyasa and Disco

Mondays 6:30 p.m. - Asanas with Soul: Yoga and Soul

Tuesdays noon - Get into The Groove: Yoga and Madonna

Wednesdays noon - The Way You Make Me Feel: Yoga and The King of Pop

Thursdays 7 p.m. - Surrender to the Phlow: Vinyasa Yoga and Phish

Fridays 9 a.m. - Funky Friday Flow: Yoga and Funk
